Gall Bladder Removal

I have just been diagnosed with Gall Stones and need to have my Gall Bladder removed. I was wondering whether any of you Type 1 Diabetics have had a gall bladder removal and has it affected your Diabetes control since you have had it done ?.

Hi I am a type2 sufferer with gallbladder and pancreatic disease, the inflammation and infection I get is what’s messing with my situation and sugar levels, hope some type1 come forward to help you.

I haven’t had a gall bladder removal but I’m bumping this thread for you @Sylkwood Could you also ask your consultant or GP?
