A.G. Baillie Memorial School has raised enough funds for one of its students, Madison Moulton, to purchase a new insulin pump.
Moulton has been on an insulin pump since she was two and a half years old, but her pump started malfunctioning last year and eventually broke. The cost of a new one was $7,500 and medical insurance would not cover the cost. Moulton?s mother, Dayle Crouse mentioned that she needed a new one to the school?s secretary, April Newcombe. Soon after, Newcombe spearheaded a fundraising campaign aimed at covering the costs of Moulton?s new pump.
