I've bought some of these. Basically, it's Weetabix. Low in sugar & high in protein. 18g carbs for 2, so lower than any other cereals i've seen (apart from Aldi's Paleo muesli). Had 2 this morning with some whole milk, so will see what happens to my BG later.

Not bad at all Mark! 🙂 I remember being shocked at how much Weetabix spiked me, after being told they would be fine! Looks like there might be an alternative 🙂 Where did you get them from?
 
Asda, but i'm sure i've seen them in Morrison's too.
