For fruit, anything tropical, bananas, mango, pineapple, grapes and dried fruits, for veg starchy veg like potatoes, parsnips, some people tolerate sweet potatoes, sweet corn and peas and beans. If you are testing then the best thing is to see if you can tolerate small portions of those. Even tomatoes can be tricky, cherry ones are higher in carb than standard toms.
The book or app Carbs and Cals list different fruits and veg so you can compare to make your choices better.
It comes down to portion size and how often you might have those things.
But testing is the key to making good choices.
For example you might be OK with a small potato and some green veg like broccoli but not a potato and some peas but Ok with peas and broccoli.
