Sorry if this has been asked before. Would drinking fruit tea affect my bg? I usually drink about 3 cups a day and 1 cup of coffee, the rest is water. I am just wondering if this is why I can't get my levels down below 9 - 10. Not sure what I would drink as a substitute as I don't like normal tea, already drink water and more than one cup of coffee a day makes my heart race.

No Lorraine fruit tea is fine to drink x

Some fruit teas do taste sweet to me another alternative would be camomile or mint tea.
