Im looking for ideas/recipes for fruit smoothies. I just need something easy to do help please

I tend to throw a dollop of plain yoghurt and some frozen berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries) into a blender and whizz it up. You can add apple juice or banana if you want to make it sweeter. Just bear in mind that there's quite a lot of sugar in them - probably best to have them witha meal than on their own.

Recipes - well, I don't ever use them for smoothies, as it depends of what fruit we have at home, usually a plain yogurt, milk, banana, then whatever else eg blackberries (picked from local hedgerows), strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants from garden, kiwi, orange, nectarine etc. In summer, I sometimes have a smoothie, mug of tea and nothing else to eat for breakfast.
