Just depends on what's in my fridge, as to what I stick in one. Plus of course depends on how big the pan you're using to cook it in, is, as to how many eggs!
 
I literally make them up as I go along. I like making mini ones in a bun tray. I can't call it a muffin tray, as my wife is from Yorkshire.:D
 
Thanks folks, I made a large one with courgettes, onion, tomatoes and lots of cheese. It was delicious! I'm having it again tonight as plenty left 🙂
