Made a great Frittata last night after seeing a recipe on here. Just banged some leftover cheese tomato peppers & onion in it and its going to be my lunch today. Well happy at my 1st attempt. Got a new oven so its always a bit trial & error until you know how it works

Nice one.🙂 I make individual ones using a deep bun tray & take them to work with me. Great food for on the go.🙂

Oh, & while i'm here, I can also recommend using an omelette as a wrap. Just make sure they are very thin & you can shove anything in them.

Like an omelette but thicker and cooked in the oven

A great addition I made the other week was to add 1/2 cup of Mayo....

Great idea, Martin. I'm making a batch on Sunday night. I will add mayo.🙂
