Who has got a Frio pack? And where is the best place to buy one for a reasonable price?

We have -think there are some stockists but we ordered them from the company- think they cost around ?10-?15 as far as i can remember- have used them a few times abroad/camping

I just bought mine at the chemists' - had it about 10 years now.

Frios are majic. Camping on a motorbike with no fridge what so ever all over europe to Istanbul & Asia, It was a bit cooler the trip to Russin Border. V good

yes from the frio website maybe because stockists wernt near us -cant remember

Ditto Hobie. My DSN gave me a leaflet to order some.

Carried 2 months worth along the Pyreneese in baking weather and round India. They definitely work.... And if I'm honest I might not have remembered to dip them every day and they kept cool for longer than advertised.

I prefer to use a stainless steel vacuum flask - cheaper, more robust / protective against knocks and vibration, and more versatile.

Bought mine seven years ago from their web site. Works well abroad in all that heat.

Bought my first direct from them by mail order as it was before they invented the internet. (seriously!)

Rest from their website. First one wasn't long enough for pens, then I wanted a smaller 2 pen one, but they all work just as well as the first did. The crystals in that one did eventually refuse to take on water, but think that was a lot more to do with 'someone' putting it on a radiator to dry than any other reason. I don't think I could complain after 20 odd years anyway!

Very reliable is the answer. If you want one - go for it.

Got mine from Boots which was cheaper than online last year - and remember to say diabetic and then no vAT
