I haven't seen a link posted in DUK to this useful resource.
So here it is , free to download as a .PDF file:

I spy no carbohydrate counts for anything which is disappointing and annoying. Recipes sound nice!

I tried to look at it but it's another of those almost unreadable pale grey font on white background jobbies, so I didn't bother. Much more unreadable to me than the link on the Keto Restaurant thread which was ok for me but seemed to bother others...

I had a quick scan, and some recipes did look interesting, so downloaded it, may have a longer look later.
When it is billing itself as Low Carb, it really is a missed opportunity not giving any carb values!

One of the pizza recipes I perused had chick pea flour in it (I always know this as Gram flour aka Besen flour cos Meera Syall told me how to make onion bhajis decades ago) - and then tod me I might prefer to use another recipe for the base instead, cos it was lower carb. Aarrgghh!

My son just brought home a Vegan Pizza from Sainsburys that had a cauliflower base, I was suprised the Carbs per 100 grams was still in double figures, and the slice was 160 grams in size.

There is no information about the typical carb content of the foods, the total in the recipe and the intended portion size - the plan needs a lot of work to make it useful - with higher and lower options and swaps would be good.

I agree that the typical carb count would be useful, also portion size and carb count per portion. But it does say how many each recipe serves , so with the help of Dr Google you can work out the carb count per portion.
For me most recipes are too high in carbs (I am eating at the almost Keto end of the Low carb scale), but at least it provides some ideas for those who are on a more moderate version of Low Carb and are looking to expand the foods they eat.

As Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution had full information, graded eating plans and so much more, and look how long ago that was published - well meaning outlines are not all that impressive.
I just get impatient about the whole lack of effort on the part of the rest of the world - it is no wonder they get called muggles by some. This whole pandemic business is not doing my temper any good (I realise) - one can get a bit grumpy when there are some who are chortling over the cull of sharp old biddies on the all too close horizon.

There's not much chance of a cull of sharp old biddies, or sharp old geezers like me. We will outlive the younger but stupid and overconfident!
