Relationship to Diabetes

Hello, I have been diabetic since the late 90's and gone from tablets to insulin, lost some weight and back to tablets.
Currently I feel tottaly out of control and feel I should start from scratch and overhaul my whole life and diet....any ideas, books which would help me Thank you

Welcome to the forum!

A lot of T2s here really rate Gretchen Becker's book - despite the title it might be ideal if you want to 'start again'.

Type 2 Diabetes - An essential guide for the newly diagnosed

Alternatively you might also find this post by respected aussie blogger very helpful: Test, Review, Adjust, though you would need to carefully adjust your diet in the light of the meds you are taking.

And stick around and ask questions here too. Lots of helpful and experienced T2s who will try to help you 🙂
