Three weeks into my new regime and getting to grips with food do's and don'ts. Trying to keep tabs on carbs. and cals. One of the things I really miss is fresh fruit which I used to eat plentifully. I'm now not sure and am holding back on eating fruit freely. I'm treating it as a treat but should I be more relaxed about it?
