According to Nutracheck, 5 cherries without stones (approx 20g) is 3g carbs.

No way could I stop at 5 though

A handful based on that is fine as a snack.

Cherries are just over the limit I set myself, of 11% carbs, but a few occasionally, with adjustment of other sources during the say seems to be fine.

Thanks guys am looking forward to one handful tomorrow well I have to be honest I may just have a handfuls 2 at max mmmmm!

You’re just going to confuse people with your arbitrary rules here. Your body doesn’t work in percentages. You can’t say oh bread is like 50% carb so I can’t eat that and cherries are 11% carb so I can’t eat that but strawberries are 6% carb so I can eat that.

If you eat 100g strawberries that’s 6g carb. If you ate 50g cherries that’s less carbs at 5.5g. Your body doesn’t say oh well those cherries were 11% carb so I’ll spike for them.
