Now it's freezing cold outside, I noticed C's navorapid get colder when we go out and its sting her when I injected her with it :-(
Do anyone have any idea how to keep insulin less cold when you go out?

Don't know if this is advisable or not but I stick my insulin pen in the waistband if my trousers for a few mins before I inject to warm it up a bit x

It can sting a bit if it's not at 'room temperature'. Keeping it close to the body should help keep it at a decent temperature 🙂

In yer bra for a min!

My friend always used to be doing that with kid's dead camera batteries on school ski trips! Can get a good many AA batteries in her bras ROFL

I put my pen in my armpit for half a minute!

Just had another thought Ruth! - stick it in a Frio ! seriously. As long as the 'wet' bit doesn't freeze and it shouldn't, it will just be cool same as in hot weather ....
