Fair play to Abbott for great customer service

Earlier on went to apply sensor then dropped applicator on kitchen floor, sensor flew out & middle bit with filament came detached no where to be seen, although own clumsy fault rang Abbott & explained what happened, no problem we will replace it & post one out asap, so credit where credits due.

They have always been really good with replacements for me
.

I once fumbled and dropped one in the wash basin ( I need the over-basin mirror to see what I'm doing), and the spring went off. I didn’t call them, as I thought it was my own stupid fault, but I thought afterwards, maybe I should have, they’re not the easiest things to handle. I had to phone them today, though, because my sensor suddenly ended with an error code, three days early. They are sending a replacement, which is a win win, because I will get an extra eleven days free of charge.
