Do be aware that saunas and hot tubs can cause hypos so don't rely on the Libre readings to be accurate and to keep you safe.

As well as @rebrascora's response detailing the risks, I believe @everydayupsanddowns has given a bit of information about saunas in response to this thread from March 2023 about sun exposure, and heat. It would be worth discussing with your healthcare team too, if you're unsure or concerned about this.
