Can a blood pressure arm cuff be placed over a freestyle libre sensor?

I wouldn’t have thought so, can you use the other arm for the blood pressure reading? I wouldn’t want to try to be honest, either the blood pressure reading might be wrong or the sensor might get damaged/knocked off and I wouldn’t want to waste one! When my daughter has her blood pressure checked at hospital (for diabetes check ups) we always ask them to use whichever arm doesn’t have the sensor on. Only one nurse complained that you might get different readings from different arms, the diabetes team are totally not bothered which arm is used!

Speaking personally my sensor is worn high enough on my arm that a BP cuff wouldn't be anywhere near.

When I do get my blood pressure read at my clinic they tend to avoid the arm with my sensor in.

The Libre sensors don't generally like pressure applied to them (eg lying on them or sometimes even just tape over them too tightly) and I know the BP cuff applies quite a bit of pressure, so I would definitely avoid my sensor arm just in case it damaged the filament.
My arms are not long enough to ensure the sensor could be avoided, even though it is placed quite high up.
