The Type OneTalks YouTube channel has a video describing some updates to the Libre 2 and Libre 3 to become Libre 2 Plus and Libre 3 Plus which might be happening soon in the US. There is also some information on the Freestyle (US) website.
The only one which seemed of interest (actually: annoyance) to me was that the sensor life is going from 14 days to 15 days - yes, a massive increase of one day at the expense of not keeping the same day of the week / fortnight to do the change.
It is unclear whether there will be a gradual and seamless transition to the "Plus" variants under the NHS, when the updates appear on this side of the Atlantic and are approved by NICE..
