Hi there there has been technical issues with the Freestyle Libre app it keeps on crashing have to switch off my bluetooth please let me know the best solution

iPhone 14 17.1.1 is version and the Freestyle Libre app is frozen turned off the Bluetooth many times and restarted

I'm going to watch the other post that has been replied to by others. But you may want to describe 'frozen' in more detail. Obviously it's not the phone or you wouldn't be able to turn off/on BT. Is the app responsive? IE to selecting menu options, or what are the symptoms?
