Is it me or there is a technical issue fault with the app I turned off the Bluetooth and I did call the Abbotts Team but they said nothing
 
I think you might be right, my libre 2 keeps telling me to try for a reading in 10 mins, then it goes offline, then comes back with the same problem, is it a reliable?.I’ve tried to contact them but no luck .
 
They did advise people via email not to update automatically with the new IOS update until they advised otherwise. I use the reader so don't have any problems.
 
Ok there should really update the Freestyle Libre website because and always have an online agent if someone is having problems
