Update, 11 March 2025: Abbott, the makers of the FreeStyle Libre, have confirmed that FreeStyle Libre 3 sensors will be phased out in the UK by the end of 2025, meaning that people living with diabetes who use the sensors will need to transition to using FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensors. If you're a FreeStyle Libre 3 user, read more about what you need to do next.

FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors are also being phased out and replaced with FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensors - read more about the FreeStyle Libre 2.

Anna, I appreciate the nature of the info you are passing over to the forum but I can imagine your title may cause some consternation and panic even in people who rely on Libre and find it works well for them at least until they read the full text.
I think it would be helpful to amend the thread title so that it includes that they are being replaced, as it appears at first glance that Libre is being pulled from the market, which is obviously not the case.
