You need to ring Abbott about it!

That’s too far out , do contact Abbott as @grovesy has suggested.
They are very good at replacing faulty equipment. They will want the faulty one back so don’t throw it away .

Well theses sensors not fit for purpose very disappointed got my replacement and that faulty as well and only sent me one replacement sensor instead of two.

Do you know if they are the same batch? Have you contacted them again?

Sorry but not wasting my time with them contacted them three times about getting two replacements for the faulty sensors and only received one and that was faulty as well.so that 3 out of 3 faulty sensors that terrible.I only received one e-mail saying they were sending me a replacement sensor.

Did you just email or speak to them aswell, as my dealings with them has always been by phone.

On the phone three times.
Oh. I can understand why you are disappointed. I think technology can be fine till it goes wrong. I had 2 that fell off last summer in the heat wave, and they literally just slid off , within the hour of applying.

faulty goods happen I'm afraid, its not anyone's fault, I had a phone replaced 3 times by Argos as their policy was to replace and not to refund but after the last time the manager just said he was going to give me my money back to purchase a new different phone even though he shouldn't have

In what way is this one faulty? And how long have you been wearing it?
xx

First said test again in ten mins until it said sensor is faulty replace.second one read wrong reading were to low under 3 check with blood meter and they were over 8.Third sensor was same as first one error.so not had a working one yet and I have to pay for them not cheap very frustrating.

I wonder if your application technique is somehow causing a problem if each time the failure has happened in the first hour or so, which is how I am reading your posts.

Don’t think so first one was over three hours and waited for an hour.Second one was over three days with incorrect low reading.

Phoned them again as not received a replacement for the second faulty sensor.they said that they sending a replacement.

I had an incorrect low reading after I caught my sensor in the shower and then it gave a couple more readings before it shut down and the filament had obviously been dislodged.
I know when I go to remove the applicator it can be a bit snug and pull at the sensor, so I tend to hold the applicator firmly against my arm for about a minute after application before I try to remove it to ensure the sensor is stuck well and I then sort of gently wiggle it a bit to get the applicator to come free. I just wondered if you try to remove the applicator too quickly it might dislodge the sensor enough to disturb the filament when it is just bedding in and cause a problem.

All I can say is followed there instructions lol I may of messed the placement of the first sensor but I really don’t know as theses are my first sensors. But I petty sure that I got the second sensor place correctly.
