My wife has just started with freestyle librelink on a dedicated phone. She gets a working 'chanel notification disabled" what does this mean and how do we enable the notifications,

Make sure NFC is enabled on phone, also make sure low & high alarm are switched on in app, tap on 3 horizontal lines on top left hand side of app there you will find alarm settings.

I have never seen that message but a google for it shows loads of suggestions. Rather than retype them here take a look. Looks like the setting they are referring to is in "developer mode' which is something else you might need to search for. It'll bring up a new menu with stuff you can ignore except the one their referring to.

Also, alarms are over bluetooth, nothing to do with NFC so if scans are OK, then that rules that out.
