i had a verio iq (which was recalled) but i also got sent a new verio iq about 3 weeks ago so i'm assuming that they're sending the FIXED ones 😛 it came with a delica lancing machine and its pretty good - definitely better than the long pen like one i had before with my iq.

i also saw an ad for a 'verio' meter, but no idea what that is.

Can't get one - they gave me a meter less than 1yr ago - another qualification.
 
I appreciate the Verio IQ, and got one for free. But the problem is that my GP don't want to prescribe them.. so have to fund it myself. Quite annoying.
 
I did eventually get one as the one-touch ultra is no longer made. I like the verio display and port illumination, but find putting the blood on the side of the strip very awkward, although it does seem to suck it up well. The pattern detection I find annoying, after a number of days telling me I had a high pattern was a bit obvious and condescending.
 
Thanx for the link one is winging its way towards me as I speak ! Will I have to but the test strips for it though ? and as I have problems with sight will I be able to use it do you think ? 🙂
