Hi All , If you have a kindle, I found this free diabetic air fryer cookbook.Screenshot_20241116-014930.png

Does the book have diabetes, or the air fryer?

Sorry - I blooming well HATE such descriptions. What does it mean - are they low carb recipes or what !! But whatever it is, SAY SO.

The description says
30-Minute Diabetic Air Fryer Cookbook for Beginners: Quiсk and Сrispy Lоw-Сarb, Lоw-Sugar Rесipеs fоr Balanсеd Blооd Sugar, Pеrfесt fоr Typе 1, Typе 2, and Prе-diabеtеs

If I ever succumb to an air fryer, I will definitely download this to my kindle. Thanks for the post!

This type of thing is all over social media and the internet in general - mostly harmless fun but be careful when downloading stuff - and from what I have seen of them, they are not very good for T1's as nearly all very low carb, which for me increases my insulin resistance
