A small pot of yoghurt every other day reduces the risk of getting type 2 diabetes by more than a quarter, new research suggests.
Consuming an average of four and a half 125g pots of yoghurt per week appears to cut the risk of developing the disease by 28 per cent, Cambridge University scientists found.
Higher consumption of other low-fat fermented dairy products, such as fromage frais and cottage cheeese also seems to protect against the disease, according to the study of more than 4,000 people.

I do wish they would stop it with these over-simplistic headlines! 🙄
