Hi all, Just woke up at 5am checked sugars and they are over 11 suddenly realised I forgot to take my Lantus before bed.
Should I take a dose now and change to taking it in the morning or just deal with a day of bad sugars and take as per usual tonight?

Do you also take fast/bolus/meal insulin @Nell83 ? If so, I’d correct with that during the day and have your Lantus in the evening. What time do you usually take it?

Yes I take Trurapi at meal times - I thought that would be the best thing to do but it's the first time I've ever forgotten it so wasn't sure what I needed to do!

Thanks - I love the support on here everyone is so kind
