I have just ordered from Chinese take-away a set meal for one plus two cans of normal coke Whoops do i care tonight no i dont 😱

Just wondered if other people sin in this way at all. Go on be honest

Yes, Nathan does sin from time to time ... But hats off to him .. he always says what he's had, and why ... 🙂 ... Keeping foods off limits or restricted to him, made him crave them more .. also an element of secrecy was involved .. ie hiding wrappers etc ... Thankfully though now he is getting to grips with the adverse reactions of some foods he over indulges in ...

Yes I sin, sometimes on the way home from work I get a couple of bars of chocolate and a fully monty fizzy. It tastes wonderfull and I am OK again for a while!
