5 days a week I do a 30 min row and around 40-60 minutes of weights. I’ve also started an afternoon row session for the next month to help me lose some more weight, looking to come down another 4kg.
Well done! I can't manage weights though I know I should try and build up. My exercise is purely walking, everywhere and anywhere, at cardio speed. Your commitment and results are impressive 🙂🙂
