For anyone who has a Bayer Contour USB

I'm probably being a bit thick here but I cannot seem to download my results to my pc. I have downloaded the programme but when I connect my meter it just charges, whether on or off, and no meter is detected by the programme. Help!

Hey, it should pop up with a programme called Glucofacts. I can't think why it wouldn't - perhaps something to do with your computer software? Could you try going into My Computer and opening the programme that way?
