I was on my feet and fairly static for about 8 hours yesterday. I was wearing protective boots - steel toecaps and mid-sole - which is fairly normal for me when I'm doing site work. After about six hours I had severe sharp pain around the outside edges of both feet. I have already had a diagnosis of moderate neuropathy in my feet, although they don't normally hurt. The only time I had this before I was again standing for hours, work again, but that time it was in normal shoes.
Is this likely to be related to neuropathy? I was diagnosed with a lack of sensation, not anything to do with foot pain.
