Massage

It can help his circulation even before i put on his socks. I massage his feet helps him a lot and helps the swelling that he gets in his ankle.Massage is very good i recommend it xx

Don't have problems with my legs and feet too much but during a bout of cellulitis I found I couldn't bear sheets or blankets resting on my legs so I bought a fram that supports the bedding but I am still covered so I am warm too.
