Have had several days of not feeling good......possibly not eating enough but not hungry at all. Fancied a Wagu burger with silly cheese slice yesterday for lunch. It was great, no bun, went to Tesco in afternoon and thought.....oh I need to go home QUICK!!!!! Made it. Why??????
Had BBQ with salad for tea , no problems, couple of glasses.red wine, after.all it's Friday. Today I have had mushrooms on toast for breakfast as I felt hungry and empty, and it's pension weekend so promised a curry for tea,no rice for me.
My question is why?????? I'm fed up with not feeling hungry but my insides are so out of order that I don't want to eat.....wind.... constipation and then the other. Sorry, this is not very elegant, but I'm fed up feeling like this. It's just not me. Seeing Dr on Thursday but do hold out much hope with that. I know that I am not eating large amounts of carbs , I never did , certainly well under 100 a day, but I am getting fed up with this and just need a bit of support which I know the surgery won't give......... It's Saturday and I'm bored......

@EMcKT Are you taking Metformin? That really upset my guts - even after 7 years from binning the tablets my insides are not quite the same - slightly noisy and never quite as trustworthy as they used to be - I've had indigestion a couple of times having never experienced it in 65 years before diagnosis.
In the 5 weeks taking the tablets I hardly dared to leave the house, I had to turn around and go home several times.

Yes, two per day now and I never had much problem with them. I do agree that a change of generic tablet can make a difference but I am so fed up with my insides........don't know where to go. Add to that the constant aching in my legs.......I'm very tired and very fed up!!!¡!!! Mind over matter.......

Breakfast I reckon was under 20 grams carb. Late so did not need lunch. Had a glass of wine after done all my jobs, cleaning, ironing ,changing bed now I have earned a bag of crisps ,13g according to packet, so curry is ordered.......starter size for me with no rice......let's hope I'm not in the loo .....but it's very clean!!!¡!

Nooooooo.....after yesterday that's the last thing I need. My strong coffee in the morning usually sorts that one out, as will tonights veggie curry ......

I have had a bit of a dodgy stomach for the past week, much as you describe, again not sure why. You could try rehydration drink and some probiotic yoghurt to rebalance your guts.
