Hey,

Its come to my attention recently that it doesn't seem to matter what my blood sugar is beforehand (could be 3.8) for it to afterwards spike to 11 as it would even if I was around 5 before.

Is this reasonable?

Hi Liz.

Does this happen with all foods or just high/medium GI ?

Rob

Liz, when do you inject? I inject about 10 mins before eating (when I can) . I don't know much about type 1.5 so apologies if this would not help at all.

my GI skills aren't too great but i think it is normally with low/medium GI foods.
i.e. for lunch i ate brown rice and a bean burger (home made) and it sent me to 15! (Probably also a little stress factor there)
