Hi Guys,
Sometimes, it can and does feel like information overload. Learning ways to monitor my blood sugar with patches, and an app. It would help me realise what foods can cause BG spikes, and what doesn't. It would give me a sense of power. I do feel that a part of me doesn't want to do this. It looks like a turn for the worse. I know it isn't.
One of my colleagues at work uses one, and he is only on Metformin like myself. I am aware BG fluctuates during the day.
There is just in me a sense of "no Roy, you don't need it". Because of the things I do for self healing but it would give me Knowledge which is power.
