At risk of diabetes
Hi all

I've been at the pre diabetic stage for 2 years, and have reduced my HBaC10 over the last year. However having been unemployed for most of the last year I've been reliant on food parcels from local food banks.

With little protein but lots of processed meat I'm running out of ideas for healthy meals, especially as the food parcels are meant to last for 3 days and not 7.
