At risk of diabetes
I tripped over this story and took a look at the new study it was reporting on.

The Authors state that "Further experimental studies are needed to gain a deeper understanding of potential interaction (synergistic and antagonist) effects of food additive mixtures on metabolism and diabetes etiology" ... but I think I'll continue the habit I developed over the last 14 months: avoid as many additives as possible, and if the ingredient list reads like a chemistry experiment, then put it back on the shelf 😳
