For a little while now I have been buying a tasty Sainsburys Organic loaf, which is low carb and very nice, and which I alternate with Burgen. But it disappeared from the shelves a couple of weeks ago, and on enquiring yesterday our little Sainsburys said they had discontinued stocking it - oh bugger! Why does this happen?

I'm hoping a bigger Sainsburys will still sell it, or maybe I'll try online. Just when you think you've solved one problem, another pops up to bite you on the bum. Grrr!
 
Getting good bread is often a problem :( I used to have to go up to the big Sainsbury's to get my Burgen, but then my local Co-op started stocking it a few months ago. What's even better is that it seems perennially on offer at £1 a loaf! 🙂 I do wonder how long they'll keep stocking it though. It does annoy me when you see that 95% of the bread on sale is dreadful :(
 
Indeed, Northerner. And it looks like it's all up for the nice Sainsburys loaf - it's apparently been discontinued online, so I guess I was the only customer who bought it... :(

That's a shame :( I'm pretty sure I'm the only person buying Burgen at my local Co-op/
