the black spots you get in your eyes i have had 2 cateract ops on l eye and one on r eye Do i need to get in tounch with eye clinic or just put up with ir Its not bad its just anoying
 
You normally learn to ignore them over time I think. It is an age related thing I believe. I am certainly unaware of mine most of the time but every now and then, depending upon the light and what I am doing, I will become very conscious of them. Much the same as tinnitus, if you focus on it, it can drive you mad, but if you focus on other things, it kind of fades into the background and becomes less of an issue.

The pinprick sized ones are normal and you learn to ignore them but if they’re bigger or growing I’d maybe check with someone?
 
I've had tiny floaters for years, and as said you just get used to them. However I had both cataracts done a few years back and one eye developed some annoying floaters, more cloudy patches than small spots IIRC, but I mentioned it to the optician and she explained that often the 'vacuuming' out the old broken up lens leaves bits of debris behind. About 1 in 10 people I think. Anyway another visit and an extremely quick and simple laser 'shoot-um-up' and it cleared immediately.
