Hello lovelies , so I recently started adding flaxseed meal to my diet on like berries , salad , veggies etc . Is this okay to do ?? Does it help with blood sugar levels ? I noticed it has helped with pooping aswell (sorry tmi) .
Overall is it okay to keep having it for the rest of time ?? Like there wouldn’t be any long term effects on having or adding flaxseed meal to foods ???
