Just as a heads-up for other MM780G users. I seem to have had a run of dodgy Simplera sensors. I’ll have been on the MM780G for a year this month (or next?) and this is the first time I’ve had a sequence of sensors that have ended early, or just not started at all.

This morning’s fail was the second sensor on the trot that only made it to about 3 days.

I’m getting in the habit of taking a meter around with me just in case.

It may just have been a dodgy box, and Medtronic have a very easy way of ordering replacements, but it’s still a bit of a faff.

Hoping that my fresh box goes back to each sensor running full duration!

Hmmm
Just put a new one in and it started the warm up then promptly told me to change the sensor before it even started. Nothing obvious when I took it out and I definitely had a hole so it had gone in okay.

I thought, like Inka, it sounded much like a sweet biscuit - but in any event, we all thought it was a farinacious fancy!
