Add a white sauce.
Cover with seasoned mashed potatoes.
Grate some cheese over the top.
Put back in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes until cheese has browned.

Can i make a fish pie using frozen fish?

I've just seen this http://groceries.asda.com/asda-esto...me=Products&headerVersion=v1&_requestid=21978 on the shopping website but it only gives instructions for oven cooking. What would you do after it's cooked in the oven ie adding a sauce and mashed potatoes with it? Nothing too complicated.

Any help will be greatly appreciated 🙂

Yes, as long as you defrost the fish first, although it's slightly easier to cut up fish with scissors into bite size pieces when it's still frozen, then, the smaller pieces defrost more quickly. I tend to place pieces of defrosted fish, whole small prawns / shrimps, perhaps softened onions and milk in an oven proof dish and cook for about 20 mins, meanwhile, boil small potato pieces and mash, then put mash on top of fish & milk and place under grill. Can also add grated cheese to mash for a bit more flavour and luxury!
