Eat more fish.

This has long been advised by health experts and doctors who understand that eating fish—especially ocean fish, and by association many other kinds of seafood—has many health benefits. On the surface this makes sense because fish, in general, is the leanest meat. Some fish are fatty, yes, but in terms of nutrition, the protein-to-fat ratio is usually lower in fish.

But a new study implies that adding a little fish to your diet can significantly decrease your risk for hearing loss later in life. It is suggested the Omega-3 fatty acid component of ocean fish is the reason—and it has many other benefits too.

One for Hobie 🙂

I'm sick of asking my husband to repeat what he says - doesn't help that he's grown a huge, bushy beard that he mumbles into - so bring on the fish fingers!😛

Fish is also ment to give you brains 😱 Don't know what happened :D

Just can't do fish other than tuna, I try but I just really don't like it. Used to love seafood then the prawn allergy put paid to that. I also like Mackerel but it hates me...damn those sea dwelling creatures.

Would not like that Kooky. 😱 Have mountains of the stuff 🙂
