Well I had that this morning, I did ask for a monitor but she said I don't need to worry about that just now.
So she just gave me the talk on food and excercise. So they are going to leave me for a couple of months to see how I get on.
Then have me back to take blood again and take it from there. I assume this is pretty normal.

there is a tendency to leave type 2s to see how we get on. If you need any information pester them or ask us, someone is sure to have an answer
