Got a reading of 53 mol in August. Have lost 25 pounds and just seen my results on NHS app. New reading is 45 mol. I know that’s not good enough but is a move in right direction. Do you think good enough to keep me off medication? Thank you.

That should be enough to keep you off medication, as it is in the "pre-diabetic" arena of levels rather than diabetic level. It still suggests insulin resistance though, so your health professionals are likely to suggest you continue with whatever dietary method of control you have been using. If you still have some weight you could lose without dropping to an unhealthy weight, that could help you to get the next one under 42.

Well done @Portugal1000 - that’s a brilliant result. Great work! 🙂
