Exercise is the best thing for bringing down BGs so the more you can manage the better.
I find it better to 'potter' on and off all day rather than do a full on workout (a half mile walk as I would otherwise call it 😱) and then sit down for 3 hours.
But the more you can manage, the faster your metabolism will burn off weight and the more sensitive you'll be to insulin. Win-win situation.🙂
