Hello Fellow Newbies: My first foot inspection, two lovely Health Care Nurses checked my toes and feet, For corns, infection, ulcers, chat about Dry Skin, checked for a heart beat in my feet, and has a "foot note" they rang a Tune in Fork on my feet, well all OK, till next year. Eye Scan results came back, "NO DAMAGE CAUSED TO EYES FROM DIABETES, Ticking off the inspections that Newbie Diabetics are subjected to. Just another round of Bloods. Waiting for second appointment with Dietitian. So at the moment, still self monitoring, 2X Daily Metformin 500mg, Gliclazide 80mg Daily and Iron Tablets 200mg 2X Daily and the usual Heart Meds.
So fellows newbies I hope, You are all in control, cheers clive55555

Doesn't it make you feel really good ~ proud ~ when you have positive results:D ~ your feet have been *fine tuned* now so look after those tootsies of yours Clive til your next foot review ~ no walking around in barefeet ~ if you stand on something sharp or cut your feet, could become infected.😱 Great result too re: your eyes:D
Take care
WL
