Had to post a pic because I'm well chuffed as to how it turned out. The wobble factor is not apparent from the pic but by hec did it quiver Valentine's Day pudding treat

Thanks guys. The mixture made 1 ramekin size one and 4 little mini moulds. We couldn't wait for supper to try one so I had half of one of the smaller ones and OH polished off the rest. BS about 9 now (didn't bolus at the time as it was an afterthought so not a total car crash). I'm having a whole one for supper so I'm going for about 12g carbs. I was surprised at how simple they are to make - always thought they were a bit of a faff!!
