Fibre bar some may find useful

At risk of diabetes
I came across these recently and decided to try them. I found the peanut butter one to be disappointing in flavour, but I liked the sea salt and caramel one.
As an example a 35g bar of the sea salt and caramel would be 11.8g carbs and provide 9.6 grams fibre

I saw them in Tesco and remembered someone here asking about ways of getting more fibre. It it looks like the gut stuff bars are available in various shops
