Hi friends

i am doing slimming world and lost almost 3 stone...its my lady week this week, and i woke up rather shakey, never thought no more about it..anyway this afternoon while i was at my dads, i felt really queesym shakey and byt the time i got home felt rather ill!! and being type 2 diet and excerise diabetic, suddenly thought i wuld check my sugars, it was 4.8 rather low for me at this time of say usually high 5s or 6s, could i have ill because of this or more of a coicidence? thanx friends xx
 
You can sometimes get false hypos - if you suddenly have a blood sugar lower than it normally would be.
